Last Tuesday (5th), the Feminismos Plurais Space was filled to capacity for the launch of the booklet Is It Love? Facing Violence Against Women. On her Instagram profile, Djamila Ribeiro described the moment as historic, highlighting the contributions of everyone involved.

“November 5th was a historic day for the Feminismos Plurais Space: it marked the launch of our booklet Is It Love? Facing Violence Against Women, created by our great partner Rosilene Pimentel, a social worker and coordinator of Casa Rosângela Rigo, the first short-term shelter for women facing violence in the city of São Paulo.”

The booklet can be downloaded for free via the linktree on the Feminismos Plurais Space’s Instagram page. Soon, more printed copies will be distributed.

“Our gratitude to everyone who attended and supported this important initiative for the defense of women,” Djamila concluded.
